Product Information and Orders

We offer farm products for sale, including pork and hay, as available. By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice

  • Orders are subject to product availability and farm scheduling

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason

  • Orders are not final until confirmed by us

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You agree to:

  • Pay the full amount shown at checkout or as agreed in custom orders

  • Use valid and authorized payment methods

  • Pay any applicable taxes or processing fees

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party services.

 

Pickups, Deliveries, and Processing

When purchasing products like pork:

  • You are responsible for pickup or delivery arrangements as stated at the time of sale

  • If applicable, you will work with the designated processor for custom butchering

  • All processing fees (e.g., cut, wrap, smoking) are paid directly to the processor unless otherwise stated

We are not liable for issues that arise once the product is with the processor or in transit.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of our farm products:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Orders canceled within 14 days of scheduled delivery or processing may not be eligible for refund

  • If we must cancel your order, you will receive a full refund

We are not responsible for spoilage or damage after products are transferred to the customer or designated pickup party.

 

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information

  • Show up on time for scheduled pickups

  • Follow food safety and storage guidelines once you receive the product

Failure to do so may result in cancellation of service or product forfeiture.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, photos, and product descriptions — is the property of Flacco Land & Livestock and may not be used without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flacco Land & Livestock is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses caused by improper storage or handling after pickup

  • Issues resulting from third-party processing, delivery, or payment systems

All sales are made “as is” and “as available.”

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with Illinois law.
