Shipping Policy

At Flacco Land & Livestock, we strive to make receiving your farm-fresh products as simple and efficient as possible.

We ship to the contiguous United States.

​

All orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to help maintain temperature during transit. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, Flacco Land & Livestock assumes no responsibility for the condition of the product upon arrival.

We make no guarantees—explicit or implied—regarding:

  • Delivery times

  • Product temperature on arrival

  • Product condition, including thawing or spoilage

  • Delays or mishandling by the carrier

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

All liability related to transit, handling, timing, or product condition transfers to the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility.

All parcels are insured through the shipping company, and any claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We do not refund, replace, or credit orders affected by carrier delays, weather, or transit conditions.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts all risk associated with shipping perishable products.

Processing Facility Pickup (for Pork)

If you order pasture-raised pork from us and choose custom butchering, you’ll pick up your final cuts directly from the processing facility:

We'll notify you when your pork has been delivered to the processor and provide their contact info so you can arrange your pickup.

Note: The processor may charge storage fees for late pickups. We are not responsible for product after delivery to the processor.
