Shipping Policy

At Flacco Land & Livestock, we strive to make receiving your farm-fresh products as simple and efficient as possible. Our farm currently offers local pickup, farm delivery, and limited regional delivery options, depending on the product.

Because most of our products are perishable and raised to order, we do not offer shipping via postal or commercial carriers at this time.

Pickup Options

Pickup is available by appointment only.

We will contact you via email, text, or phone to coordinate a pickup time when your order is ready. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time.

Missed pickups may result in storage fees or forfeiture of your product.

Local Delivery

We may offer local delivery for certain products (such as bulk pork or hay) within a limited radius of our farm.

Delivery Fee: Dependent on Order

You’ll receive delivery date details via text, phone, or email.

Processing Facility Pickup (for Pork)

If you order pasture-raised pork from us and choose custom butchering, you’ll pick up your final cuts directly from the processing facility:

We'll notify you when your pork has been delivered to the processor and provide their contact info so you can arrange your pickup.

Note: The processor may charge storage fees for late pickups. We are not responsible for product after delivery to the processor.

Order Fulfillment Timeline

Because our products are raised and processed to order:

Pork is typically ready for pickup 1–2 weeks after processing
Hay and other farm products are usually available within 5–10 business days
We will communicate estimated timelines when you place your order

No Commercial Shipping

At this time, we do not ship our products via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers. If you're outside our delivery area, we encourage farm pickup or to contact us directly for options.
