Your first order is on us to get right. If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase for any reason, let us know within 14 days of pickup and we’ll refund your order. No pressure. No hoops.

Any Order after the first, we will make it right.
After your first order, we guarantee results, not vague promises. If you follow our storage and preparation guidelines and don’t get the flavor, quality, or cooking experience we describe, we will:

A Few Fair Boundaries - Our guarantees are built on trust and responsibility:​ Pork must be stored and handled properly after pickup. Guarantees apply to household use, not resale.
