At Flacco Land & Livestock, we take pride in the quality of our farm products and strive to deliver exceptional customer service. Because our goods are perishable and often custom-processed, our refund policy is structured to protect both your expectations and our farm operations.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our business, the following items and fees are non-refundable:

Deposits for pork or hay reservations

Processing fees paid to third-party processors

Products not picked up within the agreed time window

Perishable goods once delivered or transferred to your care

Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to farm production issues

If you cancel your order at least 30 days before the scheduled pickup or processing date

If a product is damaged before transfer and we are clearly at fault
Refunds are issued at our discretion, and in most cases will be returned via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order:

More than 30 days before scheduled pickup or processing: eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit)

15–29 days before: partial refund may be issued at our discretion

Less than 14 days before: no refund
We understand that life happens — if you have an emergency, please reach out and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you believe you received the wrong product or your order is missing something:

Contact us within 48 hours of pickup/delivery

Provide photos and a description of the issue

We’ll investigate and may offer a replacement, refund, or credit toward a future purchase

Custom Butchering and Processing
For pork orders processed through a local butcher:

Once the animal is delivered to the processor, you are responsible for working with them directly on cuts, smoking, pickup, and any additional fees

Flacco Land & Livestock is not responsible for errors made by third-party processors
