  • Your hog will be delivered to our local USDA-inspected processor. You’ll be contacted directly by the butcher to customize your order. This means you choose the cuts you want — how thick your pork chops are, how much ground sausage vs. patties, if you’d like your hams and bacon smoked, and more.

    We work with Rabers, a trusted local facility known for quality and clear communication. They’ll walk you through the cut sheet and make sure your pork is processed just the way you want it.

    Pickup will be directly from the processor, unless you select delivery.
